The biggest houseboat in Kerala with a capacity of company. 250 people is few of the milestones achieved by our Kashmiri style houseboat with Gujarat style Interior. build near Statue Of Unity in Sardar Sarovar Lake. Constructed a floating jetty for seaplanes in Kochi as part of the seaplane project by Kerala Govt. & Min of Civil Avialtion. The floating jetty would serve as a terminal for seaplanes, providing infrastructure for their operations.
