This is a promising company, it has been great experience to also work with Grandeur Marine for 3 years. I have gained a great deal of knowledge from the different departments. My superiors are friendly, especially our Directors, Geoji sir, and Ojus sir.
There I have felt like a trainee student, I never felt like I was a worker. Excellent place to learn new skills Currently, I am co-ordinating a project in Guwahati. It was 5 bedroom houseboat. We built the boat very well, and the directors are very strict about the process. Work culture, ethics, and standards are all good at this company.
